How It Started
Vitalmalewiseliving was founded by a team of nutritional journalists and wellness editors who noticed a gap in the market. Most nutrition content was either overly technical for the average reader or dangerously oversimplified. Men, in particular, were underserved by credible, plainspoken nutrition guidance.
We recognized that men needed a resource that respected their intelligence while cutting through the noise of fad diets, supplement marketing, and conflicting advice. From our editorial office in Warsaw, Poland, we set out to create that resource.
